Contractor license data
Contractor business names, license numbers, and license status are sourced from public Washington State Department of Labor & Industries records. Use of this public data for our directory is authorized under RCW 42.56.070(8).
Information from homeowners
When you request a quote, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email, project type, a project description, and ZIP code (phone is optional). We use it solely to deliver your request to the contractor(s) you selected.
Information from contractors
Contractors who claim a profile provide business details, descriptions, contact information, and uploaded images. This information is displayed on their public profile as part of the directory.
How information is stored
Information is transmitted over HTTPS. Sensitive homeowner contact information is intended to be encrypted at rest and accessible only to the matched contractor. (Storage specifics finalize as our backend is provisioned.)
Analytics & cookies
We use privacy-first, cookie-less analytics that do not track you across sites and do not collect personally identifiable information. The only cookies we intend to set are session cookies for contractor account login — we do not use third-party tracking cookies.
Your rights
Contractors may claim, update, export, or request deletion of their profile information. Homeowners may request deletion of quote requests they have submitted. To exercise these rights, contact us.
